Identical Items: The product must be identical in terms of brand, model, size, color, and specifications. It must also be in stock and available for immediate purchase at the competitor’s site.

Verification: The competitor’s price must be verifiable online and must be listed in USD. We will require a direct link to the product page where the lower price is advertised.
Exclusions
The following are not eligible for price matching:
- Items sold by unauthorized or third-party sellers
- Auction or marketplace sites (e.g., eBay, Amazon Marketplace)
- Clearance, closeout, or refurbished items
- Limited-time promotions (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday)
- Membership-based pricing (e.g., club prices, loyalty rewards)
- Bundled offers or free gift promotions
- Prices after applying coupon codes, rebates, or other discounts
How to Request a Price Match
Submit a Request: Email our customer service team at support@theductco.com with the subject line “Price Match Request”. Please include the following information:- Your name and contact information
- Product name and model number
- Competitor’s name and direct link to the product page
- Screenshot of the competitor’s price (optional but helpful)
- Review Process: Our team will review your request within 48 hours. We will verify the competitor’s price and ensure that the product meets our eligibility criteria.

Approval: If your request is approved, we will match the competitor’s price and provide instructions on how to complete your purchase at the matched price. If your request is not approved, we will explain the reason for the denial.
Terms and Conditions
- Price matching is only available prior to making a purchase. We do not offer price matching on past purchases.
- Price match requests are limited to one per item, per customer.
- The Duct Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Price Matching Policy at any time without prior notice.
