Shipping Policy


We currently ship freight to 48 states, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Please note that specific shipping restrictions may apply. Additionally, for orders requiring liftgate services, an additional fee may be incurred. This fee can be conveniently added during the checkout process.

Order Processing

Upon completing the purchase, we will commence processing your order within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends. Please note that orders placed on Fridays will be processed on the following business day (Monday). An email containing confirmation and tracking information will be sent once your order has been processed and shipped. Additionally, for backordered products, there may be additional processing times, and we will keep you informed of any delays.

Arrival of Goods 

The delivery timeline for freight shipments is contingent upon the carrier's schedule and routing. Estimated delivery times will be communicated based on the chosen shipping method during checkout. A representative from the carrier will contact you to coordinate the delivery time and location. It is the responsibility of the customer to be present and available to sign for the delivery.

Damages

Upon the arrival of your shipment, it is the customers responsibility to thoroughly inspect the goods for any visible damage, or discrepancies. If any issues are identified, you must note them on the carrier's delivery receipt and promptly inform us. Additionally, it is the customer's responsibility to inspect the shipment for errored items and report such discrepancies within 24 hours, allowing us to initiate claims. Claims reported beyond this timeframe may be rejected. Photographic proof of any damages or discrepancies is required to process claims effectively.

Return Process

If a shipment needs to be returned for reasons other than damage (e.g., order cancellation), please contact us at support@theductco.com for authorization before initiating the return. Return shipping costs will be the customers responsibility, and a restocking fee of 20% will be applied. The items must be returned in their original packaging and condition for a refund.

Delivery Receipt

Upon receiving the goods, you are required to sign the delivery receipt. It is important to inspect the shipment for damages before signing the delivery receipt. Your signature confirms that the delivery is accepted in good condition unless otherwise noted.
