This unit is rated at 14.3 SEER2, making it 5-7% more efficient than standard 13.4 SEER2 units. This higher efficiency can lead to significant savings on electric bills throughout the unit's lifetime.

The ACiQ N80MSN0701712A furnace operates with an input of 66,000 BTU, resulting in an output of 52,800 BTU with its 80% efficiency rating (AFUE). This means that 80% of the gas consumed by the furnace is utilized for heating your home, while 20% is lost through the flue piping and during normal furnace operations. All furnaces with an 80% AFUE require metal flue venting; for plastic/PVC venting, a furnace with 90% efficiency or higher is necessary. Initially configured to run on natural gas, this unit can also be converted to LP gas using an optional conversion kit available at an additional cost.
