The ACiQ N80MSN0901714A furnace has an input of 88,000 BTU with an 80% efficiency, resulting in an output of 70,400 BTU. Its 80% AFUE means that 80% of the gas used is converted into heat for your home, while 20% is lost through the flue piping and normal furnace operations. This model requires metal flue venting; for plastic/PVC venting, a furnace with 90% efficiency or higher is necessary. It comes configured for natural gas, but an LP conversion kit is available for an additional cost.
