The Goodman 96% AFUE Upflow/Horizontal Gas Furnace GM9C96 Series offers reliable home heating with advanced features. It has a two-stage, multi-speed ECM and high-efficiency design. The furnace uses an aluminized-steel tubular heat exchanger along with a stainless-steel secondary heat exchanger to keep performance efficient and long-lasting.
It works well with different installation types, whether you need a direct vent (2-pipe) or non-direct vent (1-pipe) setup. Plus, it includes ComfortBridge™ Technology, which adapts to your home’s heating needs, boosting efficiency. For added convenience, Bluetooth-enabled commissioning and diagnostics are available through the CoolCloud app, making servicing easier.
This furnace is also built to last, featuring a durable Silicon Nitride ignitor and a self-diagnostic control board that simplifies maintenance. Auto-comfort and enhanced dehumidification features improve indoor air quality, and it meets California’s strict 40 ng/J Low NOx emissions standards.
Whether you're upgrading or installing new, the Goodman GM9C96 is a smart choice for efficient, eco-friendly heating.
The Goodman Cased Multi-Position Evaporator Coil, from the CE Series, is built tough and finished in gray paint. It's designed with copper tubing and aluminum fins to boost heat transfer and works efficiently in different setups. Each coil is tested at 500 PSI to ensure it's in good condition. Afterward, it's filled with nitrogen and sealed to keep it perfect. For ease, it has left-hand connections for refrigerant and plumbing. It also includes strong, durable nylon drain pans. These pans have four 3/4" drains and are sloped to make sure water drains out easily, which helps the system last longer. Additionally, a refrigerant leakage test must be done before installation, showing how seriously Goodman takes quality and reliability.
