We ship freight to the 48 contiguous states, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Some shipping restrictions may apply. Liftgate services may incur an additional fee, which can be added at checkout.
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends). Orders placed on Fridays will be processed the next business day. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Backordered products may have longer processing times, and we will notify you of any delays.
Arrival of Goods: Freight delivery times depend on the carrier's schedule and routing. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. The carrier will contact you to arrange delivery, and you must be present to sign for the shipment.
Damages: Upon delivery, inspect your shipment carefully for any damage or discrepancies. Note any issues on the carrier’s delivery receipt and notify us within 24 hours. Claims made after this timeframe may be denied. Photographic proof is required for processing claims. Report damages or discrepancies immediately at support@hvacstore.com.
Returns: For returns unrelated to damage, contact us at support@hvacstore.com for authorization. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and a 20% restocking fee applies. Items must be in original packaging and condition for a refund.
Delivery Receipt: Before signing the delivery receipt, inspect the shipment for any damage. Your signature confirms acceptance of the delivery unless issues are noted.
